This product works as expected. Two monitors connected to the HDMI ports, two external hard drives connected to the USB 3 ports, a USB headset connected to the USB port, and a keyboard and a phone charger connected to the USB port via a USB hub. I've used it on my 13" MacBook Pro 2020 model and they all worked very well.

I had the same issue reported by many other customers who initially charged the docking station but stopped charging after a few weeks. I used a Mac Book Air (2019 version). If the battery is low, it cannot be charged while the laptop is in use. This is not the case when the power is connected directly to the laptop. For some reason it keeps telling me that the USB stick was disconnected and then reconnects a second later. Occurs in all adapter slots.
