Cabin air filters are standard on many vehicles today. But dealerships often charge big bucks to replace them (my Honda dealership charged over $100 for a single filter change). But in many cases, it's an easy 10-minute do-it-yourself project. I've bought them for Honda and Nissan and can see it's actually pretty easy on these cars (Accords, Pilots, Frontiers and Xterras).
