Great wire strippers

I've used them at work before but haven't had them yet. I ended up buying it for my own use. I love these wire strippers. You align the wire with the correct stripping slot by visually comparing the size of the conductor to the appropriate stripping slot. Then with a light pressure-click the wire is stripped cleanly. The length of stripping is determined from where you insert the wire into the stripping slot to the end - it can be as long or as short as you like. There are some limitations. The stripping hole should match the size of the wire - if your wire conductor is too big for the largest hole or too small for the smallest stripping hole, it will not strip your wire cleanly. But the description says directly what wire sizes it works with. And I know, at least from previous work experience, that some types of wire are less convenient to strip - I think thin insulated Teflon wire is a little more problematic with all types of wire strippers. Luckily, this isn't your usual way of wiring. Good: Cleanly and easily removes any wire size that will fit in its stripping head - see product description. You can clearly see where the wire is being stripped and how long the stripped end is. You have full control over how long the stripped end is. Once you're comfortable using wire strippers, this is the quickest way to strip a lot of wire. Well done! Restrictions: It only strips up and down to the wire sizes listed for the stripper. It's a little pricey but I think it's worth it.
