Klein Tools 11063W Heavy Duty Wire Stripper/Cutter: Automatic Tool for 8-20 AWG Solid & 10-22 AWG Stranded Electrical Wire Review

Don't waste time buying the Irwin version. I did this and sent it back a day later because it worked about 80% of the time. Klein's tool costs seven dollars more, but works 100% with no extra movements and no need to strip the wire two or three times. It's cool and nobody pays me for my opinion.

I love this tool, it's the easiest way to strip wires. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I don't think it works properly on 8AWG wire. The largest wire I can strip cleanly is 10 AWG. if that says 10-22AWG then that's a five star tool to me. I received these wire strippers a few minutes ago. We bought this with the intention of using it to strip 22 gauge stranded wire. According to everything written on Revain and on the Klein website, it should strip my wire properly. However, when inserted into the smallest hole, it does not expose it.
