I love this tool, it's the easiest way to strip wires. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I don't think it works properly on 8AWG wire. The largest wire I can strip cleanly is 10 AWG. if that says 10-22AWG then that's a five star tool to me. Wire cutters are also excellent, but note that you can only cut wire that goes through the tool. In other words, it cuts, not cuts, because if you need to cut, say, a 100-foot cable in half, you have to run the 50-foot cable through a tool, which is inconvenient, but for cutting excess cable, this ensures a clean and easy cut. every time. The beauty of these wire strippers lies in their consistency. the same perfect result every time, which is important in my solar business.
