Broke while screwing

I live and work in rural Montana, was more than thrilled to actually communicate with the dispatcher, but unfortunately it was too good to be true. I tried to screw it in and suddenly the whole black part separated from the male part. Tries to stick back with numerous failed attempts. Did a radio check and couldn't reach my team. SAD!
