Not so great. For the price I would go.
After a few hours of wearing I noticed my cat's hackles were patchy. (His fur is a very light brown.) I took the collar off to wash it (gentle cycle) and when I took it off one of the seams was completely exposed. After sewing everything is fine. He leaves it on, although it seemed to bother him for the first day or two. The call is comfortable, not too much but enough to keep up with it.
