I like that you can quickly see what your competitors prices are for products similar to yours with just one click! This is great if we don't know how much our product should sell at or sometimes even before it sells out! It also helps us stay competitive when other companies increase their discounts too often so they get away from our customers faster than expected (which happens). Sometimes my team gets confused about which items have been sold through our website versus in an actual store location because of this tool but overall its pretty useful as long as you use it right!!
