We bought two of them in January. I started using them in February. No problem at first. Now it does not charge at the base or on a direct connection. Both are useless at the moment. spent my money We contacted them, they said they would exchange it but they never sent a label. Now they are harassing me via email offering $20, $30, $40 and now $50 to remove my review but denying the right to the defective item. Terrible seller, terrible product, don't waste your time or money.
