A quality piece and a simple LOCK function locks the crown at the end!
This reminds me of tools made 35 years ago - high quality, high strength and great functionality! Fixation is simple: the collar slides back and releases the locking ball, slip the stem onto the end and release the collar when it "snaps” back into place, locking the stem in place. Because the outlet is thirty-one inches from this thing, it's a "sliced bread" design! hp this 31" was actually cheaper than an EXACTLY comparable 24", which doesn't make any sense. Find out.
