For cleaning a clogged tip on a vacuum soldering machine. I ended up breaking the push pin at the tip trying to clean it. The first piece broke most likely due to my fault. The second broke when I tripped over a pin which unfortunately turned out to be a bit stronger. The bit failed to pierce, so I used the broken bit's shank and a hammer to clean out the broken needle and the rest of the blockage. At the end of the day. It did the job but I would only use it on soft metals. It definitely won't go through stainless or hardened steel.
