I like that it's easy to use because of how intuitively everything works together (I'm new at this). It also has great reporting features which makes my job easier when working with multiple beneficiaries/trustees in one case file! The only thing about total Trust i dislike are some menus don't have drop downs so you can easily switch between them without having to click back each time or go into your browser history every single time - very frustrating if there isn’t enough space available while using these systems concurrently as well!! This program was recommended by our accountant & we've been able to keep track all client information within 1 place instead of keeping separate folders throughout different programs such as Quickbooks etc..
