The cups are great, the lids are great (although they are very tight on the cup so it's a bit difficult to put the cup on). But I do complain about the heatsink's cardboard sleeve. it doesn't stay on the cup. When you pour a hot drink into a cup, the cuff protects your hands from uncomfortable heat. This part works fine. But the twitching sleeve doesn't last. it slips off very easily, so you constantly have to fight with the sleeve. For this to work I need to glue the sleeve to the cup. That's a ridiculous move. In my opinion, sleeve malfunction completely breaks the product and defeats its purpose. This product could have been much better if the sleeve had a glue patch on the inside like many other hot beverage products.
