First off, do not wait until you really need this to order it. Delivery took over two weeks but it did arrive in great shape with all parts including the small BoxLock sign and post. If you order the BoxLock with the delivery box, be sure to read all of the FAQs and instructions before attempting to program the lock, especially if you want to have different devices be able to open the lock. I failed to do that and could not get a second phone programmed. Emailed support at BoxLock starting at 8:45 pm Eastern and received a response within minutes from Brad. He stuck with me for over an hour as we emailed back and forth to get everything set up to work with multiple devices. I cannot say enough about how great his support was. Back to the box; as you can see, delivery people absolutely cannot miss the box along with the additional sign that I purchased and mounted on the front of the box. I had recovered 25 pounds of lead bird shot from an old umbrella stand and placed that in a banker's box lid in the bottom. On top of that, I placed 4 concrete paver stones topped with a piece of foam rubber cut to size. The lock comes with an instruction card with a key chain that is hung from the hasp behind the hook that is on the lid. That is for the delivery guys to check out how to use the lock. No excuses! If you look closely, you will see that there is a video camera in the window over the box so anyone that may decide to check it out will be a star in their own video. Be sure to set up delivery notification accounts with all of the carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS and revain). It might help to include on one of the address lines to place all parcels in the delivery box. Doing this will help the delivery teams send you notifications with tracking numbers. The lock must be able to "see" the tracking numbers on your Wi-Fi to recognize the anticipated delivery and open with the bar code. That protects you from having someone else with an old bar code or one for a different address from opening the lock. Again, please read all of the setup instructions and follow them closely especially regarding the email address to use for the lock and for deliveries. I hope this helps protect your valuable orders!
