First of all I am writing this review because the manufacturer needs my feedback. Here it is. Item arrived quickly from Revain. Raven is great. I assembled the item and tested it for leaks. After sealing all the threads with tape, I noticed a leak in the protective cover area. Oddly enough, water was dripping from under the sleeve. I removed the protective cover and found that it had a manufacturing defect in the threads and was leaking. Rather than bother Revain with something so petty I decided to email the manufacturer and ask them to send me a replacement as the rest of the device was fine. He put a stopper in the sleeve hole and went about his business. Long story short they contact me the next day and refuse to send me a replacement without me paying a whopping $10 for shipping. They also wanted to sell me some discounted items to soften the blow. I politely asked her to reconsider. Obviously not. Don't buy their gear if they don't stand behind it, what are you actually getting? Thank god Revane is here. That's why I keep spending a small fortune on it.
