I've been looking at diamond painting for a while and was very curious, but didn't want to invest in a large kit, so when this small kit crossed my path I grabbed it. The instructions are written in harsh English. I had to turn to the reviews of other reviewers to clarify this. So here's what I found out. WHAT YOU GET: - A sheet of 10 stickers wrapped in foil. Imagine an ordinary sheet of stickers that you tear off and stick onto a suitable surface. Now add some tack to the front of the stickers as well (hence the foil). - Tiny pouches with small beads, flat on one side and slightly rounded on the other. The bags are all tied in a long row; you have to cut them. Each bag is labeled with a number or letter - A small tray with handy mechanism to pour the beads back into small bags - A tool to pick up the beads and stick them on the stickers - A small square of adhesive. - Select the first sticker and place it on a flat surface. (I used a lap table.) Remove the tape. - Look at the circles on your chosen sticker. dial a number Open the appropriate bag. Cut it carefully; You want to pour in the excess. Pour the pearls into a small tub. Insert the tool into the adhesive square. Now you can easily pick up small beads. One push should be enough for about one sticker. - Use the tool to pick up the bead on the rounded side. Place it flat side down on the matching circle. Repetition! Each decal will probably take 10-15 minutes to make. When you're done with the sticker, peel off the backing and place it where you want it. Easy as pie PROS: - Cute end product - Really meditative. CONS: - You have to bend over your work which quickly leads to neck pain and then back pain. - As others have pointed out, there's a sticky surface around the edges just begging to pick up dust and dirt. .BOTTOM LINE: I love this project.
