If you drive 97-03 F150 V8 this item is a must have. If (not if) your engine blows the spark plug out of the cylinder head, this kit will save you from heartburn. This permanent repair is easy to install at the curb with just a few tools. I installed two sets on my truck, one with 50km mileage.
