I like that you can customize everything about it, such as how customers enter their information in forms or checkout steps. It's easy for anyone to use it because of its user-friendly interface, so there is no learning curve involved if someone does not have previous experience using an eCommerce platform before this one. The only downside would be having multiple pages load at once when looking through products from product listings (it gets really slow). This isn't all too important since most people just browse rather than purchase anything right away but some may find it annoying sometimes. For my store, being able to create different types of promotions quickly has been very helpful. Allowing users without accounts to access parts of our site makes things easier overall by saving time while still getting quality customer service when needed.
