The best part of working with this firm was their ability to listen to my needs and then present me options as well as ways in which they could help solve those problems I needed solved! They also have several resources available online if you need something explained better than it is stated here or want more information regarding certain products/services offered by them. This isn't really an issue but sometimes when looking at things from different angles we realize there are other aspects about what we were considering doing that make sense too (and vice versa). The team at OTC is very knowledgeable about SharePoint Online as well as other Microsoft products like Office 365. They help us to understand how these work together so we can optimize them both when it comes time to implement new technology or services in an existing environment.
