St Home has gone beyond being fair with me and helping to resolve the issues. I am going to order again
Probably this review is too harsh.however, how will I ever know because I will never get this light put together. What they sent for instructions looks like a hand drawn view of a portion of the chandelier. The crystals were in separate bags. Some on the bags had a letter attached which they indicated should appear on the drawing. They did not .several misspelled words ( pertaining to cleaning) as there were NO WORDS whatsoever on this tiny piece of paper suggesting what I was to do with the 80+ crystals. It may be a lovely light, but I will never know.
