I bought this active adapter to connect my computer graphics (GTX 980 ti) to my 70 inch Vizio M series quantum TV via Displayport. My newest display (of a different brand) worked but had no sound. This audio works, although stereo is the only option, but the display only works at 4K 30Hz, not 60Hz. I can select 60, but when I try to apply it, the setting reverts to 30Hz. And it's 4k 30Hz with RGB Limited Color. Trying to even set it to 4-2-0 Full reverts to RGB Limited. The HDMI cable I use supports 4-2-0 Limited to 4K60 or 4-4-4 to 4K30. So I keep looking for something that actually gives me 4K60, at least 4-2-0 limited color and 8 channel sound.
