The part ordered was missing a small package of 5 parts required for installation. I called twice on March 26th and was told I needed to discuss this issue with the manufacturer. Product. After a long search you find the right contact details. Dorman informed me that the small parts pouch was not available separately and that I would have to return to Car Parts King so they could send me another pouch containing all the parts that were supposed to be in the original shipment. Dorman also informed me that Auto Parts King should have done it themselves on my first call instead of trying to shift the blame. Very bad customer service!
