we have another board with same tires size and motor size and its much better. this board is unstable at over 4 mph, power/acceleration is weak and the plastic wheel protectors feel like they will break off every time i pick it up. app is finicky and top speed (when it starts beeping) i clocked at 7.2mph with my gps, even though app said it was over 8. tried to get help from support and they dont understand english apparently since no matter how clearly i explain the issues all i get it them wanting me to create a video and send to them. Also make sure you scan the qr code in the packaging to get the app. i just typed it in the playstore and got an identical app that didnt work at all. disappointing experience overall
