I mainly use to toast and reheat bread and rolls. The dials are difficult to read. If you put it on a toast whose pointer is hard to see, it'll keep moving to the left and you'll have to keep moving it to the right to make the toast. There is also a non-removable crumb tray. You have to turn the device on its back to clean it. Has anyone heard of a crumb tray that you can't remove to clean? Mostly very dissatisfied with the product and purchase price of a poorly designed item. When you toast an English muffin or a thick piece of bread, touch the heating element. I'll keep it and fix issues, but definitely wouldn't recommend it at all.
