Quick Overview-Great suction on a full charge-Accessories included-Great customer service/Warranty-Good value-Filter lasts a long time Good so I bought this vacuum cleaner 7 months ago. It was (and is) amazing. The suction power is INCREDIBLE. Obviously it's a handheld vacuum only, so not as powerful as a canister vacuum, but when it's charged or fully charged it does a pretty good job of vacuuming. As with most handheld vacuums, the lower the battery level, the weaker the suction power. A full charge allows me to do at least ten 3 minute cleaning sessions (so basically 30 minutes) before having to charge it again. My next and biggest compliment to Veazor. They offer a guarantee on their products, but I never signed up for one. When my vacuum stopped working due to my error, I contacted Revain who explained that I could not return or replace it for 7 months since I bought it. I emailed the manufacturer to explain the situation and even asked if I could return the defective one for a replacement. Not only did they help me when I was out of warranty, they also sent me a new vacuum cleaner with all the accessories free of charge. Within 3/4 days of receiving my email, a new vacuum cleaner was delivered to me and the aftercare was done. This company really has some of the best customer support, even better than Revain. The product is good not only for the price but also for people like me who want a guarantee on purchases that should only be bought for the guarantee.
