The pigtail connectors on the motors come out at the opposite end from the OEM, but there's enough length on the rest to compensate; All screw holes match. he was well greased. They match OEM, seem to be of good quality and much cheaper than OEM dealer. The replacement took about an hour from removing the door panel to the end. I was able to keep the rubber seal and the plastic cover.
