The interface looks simple, but it can be confusing at first especially if you don't have much experience with similar software systems like ours or other third party logistics providers (3PL). Not too many bells & whistles in this version of our system - mostly just some data entry functions that need improving/enhancing for us as an organization which has limited resources available when compared against its competitors out there who are willing to spend millions developing their products! For example we cannot create customized pick lists because they haven;t added those features yet so basically what I'm able say now without being critical about my own product versus another one would simply state "you'd better invest more time into your development process". If however somebody else was offering something very close by then i think the choice may become difficult from both perspectives where cost efficiency vs quality goes hand-in-hand together here. I like that I can track all of my shipments from one location. It's easy to access, as well as use. The system itself works very well and has been a great asset for our business. I have not found anything about it that I dislike. I would say that there are a few minor glitches here and there, but nothing major. There are many benefits with this software for shipping companies, such as tracking, invoicing, etc.
