The package I received appeared to be a returned product sealed with tape in a bag that had been cut open. The frame was easy enough to put together, but the anchor clips were so tight it was almost impossible to snap them over my fabric. As I was sewing, I noticed that the sharp edges had already pierced my fabric. But my return is now awaited.
