I like that it is easy to use with our in house CRM system for tracking customer feedback! It's not as user friendly if you don't have previous experience using software/websites such as this one but otherwise we've had no issues thus far getting started or making changes once live - very happy sofar!! We are able track both positive & negative comments at an aggregate level which has been helpful when trying figure out what areas need improvement within my organization specifically (as opposed to looking more broadly across multiple platforms).
