Ease of use: code readers and scan tools
We were having trouble with our truck's breakdown system and the mechanic told us the codes weren't showing when we took it in for service. We bought this unit which showed all the codes our 2018 F150 turned off. Super user friendly and easy to understand. We were able to send codes from the device and fix the damage. It also shows the battery life. The device doesn't print or send any codes, but we were able to take screenshots to prove it.
