I need a thick mat for boards on the floor. I don't have a carpet in my house. I looked at the yoga mats but they all seemed so flimsy and not long enough. I'm a 6'3" female so I needed a long and thick one. I liked how this mat folds up, unlike some yoga mats can feel difficult to unroll over time. When I received it in the mail, it was I'm even happier.bigger than I thought but it folds up so easily and I just put it against the wall.It's very long and the foam is very thick but strong.It doesn't look like it will anytime soon start to crush like a marshmallow. People have complained that it tears where there are folds. I haven't had this problem, but I don't treat it like a tire swing either. The carry handle makes it easy to carry and is very light. I am completely satisfied and can finally get in comfortably again.
