Poor quality sandpaper
You get what you pay for. 40 grit abrasive and an inferior 60 grit feel. Due to the lack of abrasive, it takes longer to sand. Almost messed up my disc sander with bad velcro that keeps displacing the sandpaper. Maybe good for the occasional homeowner, but not for professionals.
