I like how easy it was to use once we got used with all of its features (and there are many!).

It's very intuitive - even for non-techies who know nothing about computers or software in general can figure out what they need right away without any help from us techs/support staff at our call center!! The only thing would be if you could have more than one user per account so multiple people don't end up using your system together but other then this everything else has been great!! We've had no issues since switching over months ago! Our customer service reps love being able solve problems quickly instead having them wait weeks before getting answers through email which takes forever when trying get something resolved as quickl yas possible. Thanks again land port team :) This really helped cut down response times drastically by allowing agents immediate access via their cell phones while also giving customers realtime updates regarding status changes etc..
