Bought a week ago to replace the factory radio in my Grand Cherokee. Installation was pretty easy. The sound quality is surprisingly good when playing DVDs or CDs, and decent when playing MP3s and video files. The description says it will play MP4 files, but I haven't been able to find any that play yet. Not a big problem - I just used Divx Converter to convert the files and they work great. The video looks pretty good on this device, but the screen blurs slightly in daylight. I have a few minor annoyances with the device - the touchscreen doesn't respond the way it should, IMO, and the screen doesn't automatically show up after the car starts - even if it was turned off before shutting down. machine is off. All in all a really good device for the price. *edit* After using the unit for another week I would like to add that the tuner is terrible. Terrible reception even with strong stations. Luckily I rarely use it.
