I like that it is very user friendly for my customer service personnel to learn how easy this software/technology system can be used in our business; also we are able to utilize all aspects which makes managing inventory easier than any other systems available today! There were some issues at first when trying for training but nothing too difficult if you follow through with your support staff - they really do work hard from what i understand!! The main benefit has been using multiple locations within one platform as well being connected throughout out fleet or airframe instead going off site (in house) each time an issue arises. I do not know what you guys are doing over there but it is all in order. The support staff, the software itself, everything! I cannot be more pleased with your product. We have been able to automate our business processes which allowed me to spend more time with my team members and less time managing them. The integration with Flightpaths was an easy process and we were up and running within a day! I would highly recommend this system.
