Okay, our hanger broke after a week. From what I've read, it broke as most people report: the piece of plastic that attaches to the wall, door, etc. rips off the dryer holder. Now how to fix it: you need more command strips but they have to be velcro type. You will also need super glue or any other brand you prefer. Glue the piece of plastic that attaches to the wall (or whatever) to the piece that holds the dryer. Before proceeding, make sure you follow your adhesive's recommendations for how long it should cure. When the glue has dried, attach two strips of Command Velcro to the back of the glued holder. Let them dry for a minute or two, then attach two more Command Velcro strips to the ones you just attached (simply slide them together so the Velcros stick). Attach it to the mount with the adhesive showing and hold it firmly to the surface you are attaching it to. After about a minute you should be able to remove the mount leaving the command strips stuck to the surface. Leave it for a few hours or all night. Once installed, you can reattach the holder to the control strips and you're done. The advantage of this is that if you accidentally tear the holder off the wall (e.g. by pressing too hard), you just stick it back into the command bars. Additionally, this fix allows you to completely remove the holder if you decide you don't need it after all. Velcro style command strips have the same defect protection as other command strips.
