Getting old can be tough. I bought a small test basket for a big weekend bike ride in northern Michigan. It mixes well and the chocolate flavor is really decent. I was amazed at how well this product helped me recover from muscle fatigue, allowing me to put more miles on each day. I started Beach Body Insanity last month to keep me fit through the winter and bought a large basket to ensure my muscles have everything they need to recover and be ready for my next workout .
