Our kids seem to like electric toothbrushes better than traditional ones. Anything that gets them brushing their teeth is a win, and this product does the trick. The brush size and vibration are more suitable for children than electric toothbrushes for adults. We try to shake and dry them after use so I haven't noticed any mold issues. The lifespan of these toothbrushes is a few months. Batteries can be changed indefinitely, but the heads wear out over time. They are so cheap that you can afford to replace them from time to time. Overall this is a good brush for kids and a good price.
