Review on πŸ“¦ 100 Paper Filters by My-Cap for Vertuo Line Brewers: Reusable Capsules Optimization by Chris Wyffels

Great quality but expensive

I have a new Nespresso VertulinePlus coffee machine. I've always liked Nespresso coffee machines, but I had three problems. First the coffee was too strong for my taste. Second, the price of the capsules was very high. Third, the coffee was always cold. The new machine solved the temperature problem. The My-Cap solved the problem of reusing capsules and their own coffee. The only other problem was the filters. My-Cap filters work well, but they are very expensive ($0.10 each) and time-consuming to manufacture. By chance we found the perfect solution. Easy to find AeroPress microfilters (350 filters from $5 to $0.014 each). We buy them at Target for $4.49 a pack. Thanks to the My-Cap base, they fit the mount perfectly. I find them more comfortable to use than my cap filters because the filter doesn't move. The My-Cap lid and base with an AeroPress filter allows me to brew a great cup of coffee for less than $0.20. Unfortunately you have. remaining problem. When the Nespresso machine ejects the capsule, it pulls on the edges. The capsule begins to deform, making it difficult to reuse. I had to find a way to easily reshape the edges. Easy fix, 1.5" PVC pipe port fitting. Just place the pod on the counter and press down with the fitting and in a second the edges will flatten out. I've also found that I can use the pods too can make a great cup of tea..
