Gentle flame will not ignite
I bought this lighter especially for soft flames. The flashlight lights up every time I try, but when I turn it on to a soft flame it's almost impossible to light. There is a spark, but mostly not. This makes it unusable for me. If anyone from this company has any ideas, I'm listening.
