PLEASE don't buy this curling iron, it tears my hair and burns my fingers

Bought in advance for the wedding, after several times of use, it always tangles my hair, tears and the button gets very hot, I keep burning my hair Finger. I'm trying to use a washcloth on a button, but it really shouldn't be that hard to use my new plate. If you have already bought it, PLEASE check it immediately so that you can return it immediately.
