This is a really easy and smooth curling iron once you get the hang of it! Very tight curls are obtained. I have long hair so I divide each strand into two parts starting at the roots. I recommend pinching a fairly narrow strand of hair at the roots and then spiraling it towards the tip of the wand. Very fast and the curls hold well even on my notoriously hard to curl hair!

The product is fine. I took off the stars because the cord gets tangled when I curl my hair. This causes my hair to curl longer and the main purpose of buying this tool was to help me curl my hair faster. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Bought in advance for the wedding, after several times of use, it always tangles my hair, tears and the button gets very hot, I keep burning my hair Finger. I'm trying to use a washcloth on a button, but it really shouldn't be that hard to use my new plate. If you have already bought it, PLEASE check it immediately so that you can return it immediately. Otherwise, the return window will close after 30 days. Waste of money and waste of so much wasted hair and time.

This flat iron has the perfect amount of heat to create beautiful, bouncy curls. It's very fast. I did it in 15 minutes! Great product, I will buy again from this seller.

I took one star because it was a bit difficult for me to figure out how to use it, but it worked. And easy. I returned it because I know I can get the same result with my iron.

The button gets quite hot, the top gets warmer but not so hot that you can't touch it with your fingers to hold it for a while. a few seconds. Tends to snag on my hair causing me to tug at my hair to dislodge it from the shaft. The barrel itself doesn't heat up as expected, so you'll have to hold your hair longer than usual to get a decent curl. It does the trick, but I'm not sure how long the button will be quite hot to the touch.
