Review on Chatroll by Brandon Barrett

The best part of this software is the ability to have multiple different chats at once. It's also very easy to set up with minimal coding knowledge. I dislike that it takes quite a bit of time to load when you first open it. Sometimes it can take up to 10 minutes to fully load. This is not something that happens often but it does happen every now and then. We are using this software to keep our customers in the loop about upcoming events and sales as well as letting them ask questions during live events. The best part of using ChatRoll is that it allows you to run a live event with ease. I really enjoy how easy it is to use and the fact that everything is set up for you. It's very user friendly! There was nothing I disliked about this program. If you're looking for an easy way to interact with your customers, then this is the product for you! We are able to easily communicate with our clients via ChatRoll.
