Flange on turbine incorrectly threaded for male fitting

Product OK but requires purchase of flange with 10 fittings installed. the flange is not threaded in correctly for this. When installing the fitting, it should have been cut criss-cross to keep it from tightening and causing a leak. The only reason I kept this is because the fitting that goes into the turbo bleed block is hard to find on its own.
