Excellent frying pans. I have several that I have owned for 40 years and use every day so was pleased to see them available from Revain. We used them when I worked at a restaurant for everything from food prep to food storage and their intended use on the steam table. They're incredibly versatile and will last a lifetime, making the initial investment worth it. They are made of durable stainless steel and are available in very handy sizes and depths. They are useful at home as well and I have many sizes, we use them for everything and they are used daily, I can't live without them. I love that I can throw in leftovers, store in the fridge, and just pop in the oven. They can be stored in the fridge, freezer or oven. All of them hold up a lot more than meets the eye. I love this 1/3 2.5", it fits well in the fridge, stacks well with the available lids, and holds leftovers or food I've cooked for later use. I can do a whole shredded pork shoulder in one Got 1/4 2.5" pan. I bought lids that really fit. Love 1/2. 6" makes a great extra sink. I have 1/2, 1/4, 1/3 and 1/6 different depths and they are all very handy for home use If you cook a lot like me you will love this I highly recommend them!
