Because Coxreels makes the bold claim that they have been offering the industry's finest goods and services for more than eight decades, I couldn't wait to give them a try. On the other hand, my experience was not even close to being satisfactory. The merchandise that I was sent was of poor quality and did not work as described in the marketing materials. When I attempted to get assistance from customer support, I was met with responses that were not helpful and a lack of urgency to resolve the problem that I was having. When compared to other online retailers, I found that their website was difficult to navigate and offered a relatively small assortment of products. Because their products are overpriced and they provide unreliable customer support, I do not recommend purchasing from Coxreels.
