About twenty minutes with a good file solved this problem and now the tool will be available.

As other reviews have mentioned, the tool did not match the aftermarket racks I purchased as a replacement. Upon further investigation, it was found that the bosses that hold and drive the bushing were protruding excessively, taking up space for the piston rod. About twenty minutes with a good file solved the problem and the tool now works with all spacer cartridges. The rest of the product fared well.
