Review on eTrip by Robert Ryokan

The ease of use, it's user friendly software to manage your business trips in an easy way! It has been used by our organization since we started using this platform over 5 years ago now but there are some minor issues that I would like them fixed as soon as possible - 1) Some features could be more intuitively designed 2) There should have better support from their customer service team 3). A tool with less bugs will make my life easier when managing large numbers of client bookings every day 4.) More functionalities such as booking multiple rooms at once etc5.). Ease of management-it makes me feel comfortable working here without having to spend hours searching through documents or emails6.- Notifications about changes made within trip details7.- Ability to view previous days' activity8.- Great interface9.- Easy navigation10.- Support provided.
