Review on Master the Art of Mechanical Construction with ROKR Building Construction Mechanical Pendulum by Ryan Pollock

So this was REALLY fun to build. Took me about 1 hour 40 minutes. Each cog in a watch has a very similar design, so take your time with the first two and you'll be able to handle the rest with ease. Once they're built, the rest is magic. So much fun watching everything come to life. My use of this product was very specific. I actually took the pendulum off, painted it all gold and stuffed the whole thing into the case of an old grandfather clock as props for the set. (Instead of a pendulum I added a small motor because I needed the illusion of time for my project). The wood quality is FANTASTIC. Each laser engraved wooden puzzle piece is easy to remove from the included wooden boards. The instructions are very, very simple. Nothing to read, just clear illustrations (clearer than IKEA). Take your time, indulge in any perfectionism, have fun and you will be able to present a stunning and entertaining work of art!
