Skate, skateboard and scooter wheels don't spin

I don't know why I'm buying this. The front wheel DOES NOT TURN! You can't even point it in any direction. I bought this in hopes of being able to use the push handle option and if your child is next to nothing this is not possible. The only positive thing about this scooter was that it was easy to assemble. Sent the product back the next day after opening it.
